After School Performing Arts Program – Musical Revue Produced by Irvine Theatre Company (This is for Irvine International Academy Students Only) Join us for this exciting after school theatre program, where young performers bring the magic of the stage to life! Through acting, singing, dancing, and stage production, students will explore the fundamentals of musical theatre. Cancellation Policy
IRVINE THEATRE COMPANY – CANCELLATION POLICY, REFUNDS, TERMS & CONDITIONS The following terms and conditions apply to Irvine Theatre Company(ITC) CAMPS, CLASSES, AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES, AND MUSICALS. 1. Parent/Guardian where applicable gives consent for applicant(s) to attend and participate accordingly. Camps / Classes / Workshops / Musical (all other) Payment terms: Credit card, or ACH only. An application will only be deemed as valid if accompanied by the relevant payment / transfer of the required deposit/full fees as applicable. 2. All Camps / Classes / Workshops / Musical (all other), may require a deposit per applicant to enroll and to hold a spot in class. 3. ITC offers a Multiple Child Discount for families (household) with more than one child enrolling and participating in the same session, class or activity. Families with more than one child will receive a discount for each subsequent family member enrolled in each session. The discount is taken from the second, third or subsequent tuition only. Please contact ITC at 949-490-0495 or irvinetheatreco@gmail.com with questions. 4. Any remaining tuition balance is due 1 week before the first day of the Class/Rehearsal. 5. There are no tuition refunds for Camps / Classes / Workshops / Musical (all other) after the first day. All enrollment cancellations and enrollment switches must be submitted by email, NO EXCEPTIONS. 6. Refund Requests: Refund requests received between 4-6 weeks prior to the session start date will incur a $50 cancellation charge per class/child. This fee will be deducted from the tuition refund. Refund requests received between 2-4 weeks prior to the session start date will incur a $75 cancellation charge per class/child. This fee will be deducted from the eligible tuition refund. Refund requests received less than 2 weeks prior to the session start date, will incur a $100 cancellation charge. Refunds or credits are not transferable outside of the household. ITC does not prorate for missed classes. 7. Participants who engage in ITC activities do so at their own risk and are obligated to inform ITC and its staff of any existing or preexisting injuries or medical conditions. 8. ITC cannot accept liability for loss or damage to belongings of participants and/or visiting persons. 9. If your child is performing in a musical, there is a per ticket charge for Show tickets.
